There are risks in any situation if it comes to online dating, brides or meetings mo face to face with people. You are always the best way to meet people face to face and over time. If you're so interested in meeting women from Ukraine and Russia, why not live there and meet women in their own environment. This way, you will have a first hand knowledge and meet women in a more convenient, with a significantly reduced risk. Good luck.
